The victory is won with knees bent in prayer and hands raised in worship to God.
The enemy cannot be defeated any other way.
No victory has ever been won apart from prayer and worship.
Prayer Focus: Has it occurred to you that the answer for which you continue to pray may already be on its way? God heard you the first time you prayed! Don’t be discouraged today but be encouraged that God is faithful and He always hears us when we pray. Today, don’t ask God. Thank Him for the answer that’s already on the way! Many of us are familiar with the song, “This Is How I Fight My Battles.” Change the words a bit and sing to God all day today, “This Is How YOU Fight My Battles!” “This Is How YOU Fight My Battles!”
If you worry about everything, you’ll have a much higher likelihood of praying without ceasing if you simply learn to turn your worries into prayers. The Holy Spirit can redeem your anxious thoughts by using them as prayer triggers.
Think of worry as a prayer alarm. Every time it goes off, you put it to prayer. And when you do, you’ll discover that your anxieties will evaporate like early morning fog. So quit wasting your worries. Redeem them by recycling them. Turn your worries into prayers!”
Prayer Focus: Pray for divine appointments and interruptions from God invading the routine of your life and the life of those you are praying for. Pray that God supernaturally leads people to Encounter. Pray for people who are losing hope and for those who are contemplating suicide. Pray that God would intersect and invade their lives with His hope and love.
Prayer Focus: Let’s ring the doorbell of heaven with our prayers by holding and pulling the rope with boldness and purpose. Visualize your prayers coming up as a sweet memorial offering before God today. Let your prayers for Encounter be filled with so much faith that the aroma of them are presented as a memorial before God.
“I’m convinced that one hour of praying will revolutionize our lives in ways we can’t even begin to imagine. It will help us tap into new dimensions of God’s power. It will help us reach out in love, even to the most difficult people. And it will give us the wisdom we need to navigate our greatest challenges.”
“Don’t just brainstorm; praystorm. Prayer is the difference between appointments and divine appointments. Prayer is the difference between good ideas and God-ideas. Prayer is the difference between the favor of God and the luck of the draw. Prayer is the difference between closed doors and open doors. Prayer is the difference between possible and impossible. Prayer is the difference between the best we can do and the best God can do.”
