The Lord gave Bill Rieser a vision to change what recovery and discipleship can be by helping people have their own “Encounter” with the Lord who invites us all into grace, truth, recovery, healing and discipleship.
Encounter's mission is to help broken and hurting people overcome life’s adversities so they can discover a free life devoted to Jesus Christ by creating a discipleship path to a life of freedom and growth.

Encounter is a spiritual growth discipleship ministry that teaches people how to pray the Word of God, hear the voice of God, allow the Holy Spirit to reveal and rip out their root issues so they can be transformed by the power of God.
