I know something about all of us. We all need to receive and give out forgiveness in our lives if we are going to be free. This Friday you will have that opportunity to do just that! 

The CEO of the greatest recycling corporation in the universe was the person I contacted to take care of my Trash. His name is Jesus and he is the great recycler of trash, of pain, resentments, character defects, sins, shame, and guilt. 

Real hope is based on God’s word and praying his promises until we see them come to pass in our lives. 

If we don’t act upon the knowledge of what Jesus did for us then Jesus may still be on the cross for you as the suffering Jesus instead of the conquering Jesus. And if your Jesus is a suffering defeated Jesus without resurrection power, then your life most likely will be void of that same power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead. 

Some trust in the steps, in their chips, in their sponsors, in their groups, (and these are all good and necessary) but we at Encounter will trust in the name of the Lord our God for our recoveries, for our salvation, for our freedom from all our hurts, habits, and hang-ups!!!

My question for you is this; “Will you be in the right place at the right time this Friday to hear the right message delivered at the right time?”

God’s timing and leading is always perfect so let’s pack out the house this Friday at Encounter! 

I wanted to remind you of a few things. There will be baptisms at the end of the service. I hope you are praying about taking that plunge.

A miracle happens when God makes us new! A miracle happens when we begin a new life with God! A miracle happens when God declares that our old life is gone! A miracle happens when God gives us a new lease on life, a new identity, and a new mission to be his ambassador’s. A miracle happens when we open up our mouth and tell others to, “Come Back to God.” 

God wants you to experience what it truly means to be full of the Holy Spirit and here is the biggest reason why. He loves you and created you for fellowship. He wants to not only guide your life, but he wants to be your life.
